INVINCIBILITY OF OUR EMPIRE AND NAVY
SPEECH BY HON. T. MACKENZIE. (Rec. May 7, G. 50 p.m.) London, May 7. Tho New Zealand High Commissioner (the Hon. T. Mackenzie) visited Hamsgate in connection with the gift of a cot to the ltoyal Sailors' Rest, from King George's ltest «t Lyttchon (New- Zealand). Queen Alexandra sent a message of appreciation of_ Lyttelton's generosity. Mr. Mackenzie, in a speech, said that the overseas people believed, under God, in tho invincibility of the British Empire, and their unshaken faith in the invincibility of the Navy. .
