At a meeting of the Kaipara Chamber of Commerce held to-day it was Unanimously resolved that, whilst cordially congratulating the Cabinet in coping so successfully with the shortage of oversea ships for the transport of tho Expeditionary Forces, and in further providing for the enormous increase in our frozen produce, and in view of tho shortage of ships for tho carriage of frozen produce to Europe, it was necessary that steps'be im mediately taken to increase the numbers of bottoms for the carriage of frozen produce by chartoring or purchasing or otherwise obtaining a suppiy of vessels to cope with the trado in future.
