GERMAN REPRISALS
HARSH TREATMENT FOR BRITISH (Rec. April 18, 5.5 p.m.) Amsterdam, April 17, A German telegram states that a number of , British officers, including the son of a former Ambassador to Berlin, are interned in a fortress at Magdeburg with solitary confinement, as a reprisal for England's treatment of captured German submarines' crews.
