KHAKI FOR THE FRENCH ARMY, (Rec. April 14, 8.15 p.m.) Paris, April 14. The French War Office has adopted khaki cloth for tho army uniform, as it has been found impossible to keep tha blue mixture uniform clean. Moreover, under tho searchlights, _ these, showed pure white. The chief difficulty,' with the change is the lack of khaki, and it is hopod that the British manu« facturers will rise to the occasion.
