FOR CITY COUNCIL STAFF. Among the- important questions hofcro the City Council during tho past year have been those of classification and superannuation for the 6taff. These were mentioned by the Mayor (Mr. J. P. Luke) in the course of his election addresses last year as matters the council should undertake as soon as possible.
