EXCITING ENCOUNTER WITH FOUR TAUBES (Rec. March 31, 01.55 p.m.) Rotterdam, March 31. The Germans at Zeebrugge Dew a captive balloon. The airmen of the Allies attacked it, but tho enemy's batteries drove them off) four Taubes pursuing them. An exciting air encounter followed, and one Taube fell on the sand-dunes, two airmen boins killed. Tile Allies' airmen later reconnoitred round Zeebrugse, and assisted the British squadron to bombard the enemy's submarines. The squadron drove the armed trawlers into the harbour.
