A BUSY MORNING. (By Telegraph-—Special Correspondent.) Christchurch, March 30. At Riccarton tliis morning Nones was moving fairly well at the end of a solid six . furlongs. Bimeter also ran along over tho same distance. Autumnus and Harlequin .vroro associated in a five-furlong gallop, in which the older horse was going the better, in lmin. Itsec. Emperador, alone, cast seven furlongs behind in lmin. 32 2-ssec. Baukeia stepped on to the track by herself, and, going very well throughout, covered a milo in lmin. ilsoc. Xanthos and Maltegarde covered about threo furlongs and a half, and tho former had the better of tho argument, the last three being covered, in 36 l-ssec. There was nothing between Adjutant and Uowanbrae at the end of fivo furlongs, done in lmin. osec. Peg had the better of Charmilla in a run over six furlongs, in lmin. 165 sec. Nightwatch and Battle Eye finished together after a half-mile spin, in 49sec. Leading Lady, who was joined by Firegod at the four-furlong mark, covered six furlongs in lmin. ISsec.
