Waikanae: Twentyacre farm with 7-roomed dwelling and outhouses, £2700. Thorndon Quay Extension: Section 68ft. x 112 ft., £1300. Lower Hutt: Five-roomed dwelling, with green-houses,_ 6i acres, £1400. Hobson Street:- Nine-roomed residence, section 33ft. x 90ft., £1900. Belmont: Section 6, Belmont Park Estate, containing 12 acres, £300. And the following sections in the Highland Park Estate. Wadestown: Rhodes Terrace, lOOft, frontage by an irregular depth of about 300 ft., £300 ; Watt Street, 69ft. frontage, with an irregular depth of 145 ft. to 179 ft., £400; William Street, 65ft, frontage, with a dentil of 119 ft. to 145 ft., £200; also in the same street section with 64ft. frontage by a depth of 173 ft., £200; Watt Street, 50ft. frontage by a depth of 224 ft., £500.
