JAPANESE DOCKYARDS AT HIGH PRESSURE
FILLING FOREIGN ORDERS. (Rec. March 24, 0.15 a.m.) Sydney, March 23. The captain of a Japanese steamer reports that the naval dockyards at Nagasaki and Kobe are working at full pressure, building warships for .other nations and carrying out a big contract for the rapid construction of destroyers. It is estimated that twenty small vessels wijl bo ready for delivery in a month's time.
