GERMANS SENT TO LUNATIC ASYLUMS. (Rec. March 23, 1.10 a.m.) ■ Amsterdam, March 22. Three hundred Germans have been sent to a lunatic asylum, having been driven mad by the British artillery fire and the slaughter of their comrades at Nenve Chapelle.
