(Rec. March 23, 0.25 a.m.) Amsterdam, March 22. The Socialist newspaper "Vorwaerts" states that Dr. Liebknecht and Heri Ruehle voted against the Budget. Dr. Ledebour "and twenty-eight Socialists left before the division took place.
