AWAITING THE HOUR TO STRIKE (Rec. March 18, 6.15 p.m.) London, March 17. A calmer feeling lias developed in Greece. Diplomats regard the fear of Bulgarian aggression as groundless; Bulgaria, while not prepared to cooperate with the Entente Powers, is not likely to join the Kaiser. M. Venizelos (ex-Premier of Greece), in an interview, said that the Cabinet was in harmony with the monarch until the favourable moment for activity in support of the Allies arrived.
