DR. LINDAUER ACQUITS BRITAIN Amsterdam, March 16. Dr. Lindauor, in a pamphlet published iii Vienna, states that tlio alienation that Britain desired a world war had not been proved, and cites a series of crises which wero settled owing to Britain's efforts.
