DR. LINDAUER ACQUITS BRITAIN Amsterdam, March 16. Dr. Lindauor, in a pamphlet published iii Vienna, states that tlio alienation that Britain desired a world war had not been proved, and cites a series of crises which wero settled owing to Britain's efforts. The doctor quotes Herr von Bcthmann Hollwcg's recognition of these facts. Those' acquainted with the British would never believe that they would become criminals against themselves or humanity.
