M. VENIZEtOS URGES A WAR POLICY 9 . (Rec. March 17,1.15 a.m.)' Athens, March 16. The newspaper "Embros" declares that Turkey has renewed the offer to renounce in favour of Grccco her claim to all the islands in the Aegean occupied by the Greeks, if Greece will maintain neutrality. M. Vcnizelos has published a- statement appealing to- the new Government to abandon its policy of-neutrality, ihd urges that the present moment offers Greece a chancc to quadruple itself. If the Ministry embraces this opportunity, M. Venizelos will guarantee the sup port of a majority in Parliament. GREECE AND THE BALKAN LEAGUE. DELEGATION TO BULGARIA". Paris, March 16. A report from Bukaresfc states that. .several associates of M. Venizelos hav« arrived at Sofia, and are suggesting a reconstruction of the Balkan _ League..
