ATTACK ON FORT OSOWIECZ (Rec. March 17, 1.15 a.m.) Paris, March 16. The Paris "Journal" states, that there is every indication of the cbncentration of eight German Army Corps in the Prasnyz region. The Germans dragged heavy -feuns into position near Osowiecz and unsuccessfully endeavoured to disperse a mobile force before the fortress. The winter losses cn both sides are terrible.
