QUESTION OF HIS SUCCESSOR, (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) i Dunedln, March' 6. Speaking to the Training College students, the Minister of Education said it would be very ba:d to replace Mr. Royd Garlicky There were at the present time medical inspectors, though few in number, visiting the schools of the Dominion. The medical branch and physical branch were closely connected, and a highly qualified medical man with a knowledge of physical training' should be made head of the two Department®. At a time like the present it would he extremely difficult to get a suitable man, so they would have to wait their time till the opportunity presented itself. He hoped Parliament would make* provision for' a suitable expert who .would be able to control both the medica' and physical sides.
