A RAILWAY COLLISION
FIREMAN'S WIDOW AWARDED £1050 DAMAGES. (By Telegraph—Press Association.) Dunedin, March 5. The case of Donovan v.- the King, which was to have been heard in the Supreme Court this month, has been settled for £1050. It was a claim for. £1500 damages, arising out of_ a collision between two railway engines at Dunedin, as the result of which plaintiff's husband, a fireman, was killed.
