CHARGES FORMULATED AGAINST OFFICERS.

Captain Henderson, formerly adjutant of the Southland Regiment, is returning to New Zealand in connection with the charges formulated against him and Lieutenant-Colonel M'Clymont, who recently came back from the front. It is understood the charges affect the matter of administration of the regimental funds.
