(By Telegraph.—Press Association.)' Auckland, February 17. The Assessment Court gavo its decision in the claim by tho trustees in the Gillies Estate for £23.000 against the Auckland City Council in respect of tho acquisition by tho council of 9J acres at Judge's Bay for a publio park. The Court awarded the claimants £16,125.
