'A BRUSH WITH THE REBELS. (Reo. January 24, 5.5 p.m.) London, January 23. Press Bureau reports that tho Union Mounted Rifles temporarily retired at Yanrooisolei, with eight killed and twenty wounded. Some were taken prisoners. When tho Rifles were reinforced, the rebels retired, abandoning their prisoners.
