KING ALBERT'S SUCCESSOR
A GERMAN SELECTION. (Rec. January 24, 6.40 p.m.) . London, January 23. It is stated that Germany has selected as King Albert's successor Prinz Otto Windisch-Graetz, who is related to the Belgian Royal Family—("Times" and Sydney "Sim" Services.)
