RESTRICTIONS ON WHEAT
• REMOVAL URGED, (fiy Telcsr.'.'CDU.-i'roE* Association.) Chrlstchurch, January 20. At a meeting of wheat-growers held to-day under the auspices of tho Farmers' Union, the following motion was carried: "That the Government be asked to remove the restrictions on tho price of wheat as far as the farmers of New Zealand are concerned, as this meeting considers the Government has full control of the situation by having tho power to import wheat."
