SEIZURE OF 'A NORWEGIAN SHIP.. Copenhagen, December 4, _ Norway has protested against the action of the German cruisers in the Pacific in. seizing the cargo of ooal on the Norwegian ship Helicon. The Helicon arrived at Caleta Colosa, in Chile, on November 27 ; and reported that she was seized by German oruisers cn October 23 and towed to Juan Fernandez, where- her cargo was taken and her hull and rigging damaged.
