CLAIM FOR DAMAGES
(Br Toiefraßli.—Special Correspondent.! Palmerston North, November 27. As a sequel to a recent case in which Mrs. Coile was fined as the vendor of watered milk, a case was begun at the Supreme Court in which Mrs. Goile claimed £134 6s. 2d. damages from Andrew Weir, farmer, alleging that he supplied the watered milk and otherwise injured her business. The case is proceeding.
