'Auckland, November 27. 11l the Supreme' Court Ernest Henry Mackay, convicted of firing a revolver at his father-in-law with intent to intimidate him, was sentenced to three mo'nths' imprisonment. William Ballard, John Ballard, and Albert Watson, three seamen on the steamer Corinthic, charged with the theft of £100 in gold, the property of a passenger between Capo Town and Hobart, were sentenced to four months, in addition to two months already spent in'gaol.
