Mr. William Kellen, a pastoralist, is applying to the Arbitration Court for the cancellation of the registration cf tli© Australian Workers' Union. His allegations include the statement- that the union ordered and assisted strikes on purpose to enforce its demands; that the rules contain matters contrary to law and public policy imposing'unreasonable conditions for the continuance of membership, : which were : tyrannical and oppressive ; and that there had beenbreaches of award governing the pastoral industry.
