GERMAN FACTORY RAIDED , London, October 18. The "Observer" states that the military have raided a large German factory in Edinburgh. It was built ten years ago. £30,000 was spent on magnificent concrete foundations, the proprietor explaining that, onormously, heavy machinery was required. The factory is capable of accommodating 500 men, but never morj? than six Germans were seen. The machinery never arrived, nor did the factory start. Its situation dominates Edinb'urgh, and big guns in it could hit Bosyth and the Forth Bridgo.
