STRICTER SUPERVISION ■ DEMANDED ■ (Reo. October 20, 0.30 a.m.) London, October 19. "The Times," in a leader, says it is evident that neither tho Home Office nor the police have grasped the situation regarding the- enemy's aliens amongst us. Tho bitter experience of Belgium and France warns us to beware of every alien, however innocent be may appear. The racial hatred entertained by the Germans has become an insano fury. The.presence of these aliens is an important source of danger, and the public's demand for more effective measures of protection is justified.
