"DEVILISH WORK" IN RHODESIA
GERMANS INCITING THE NATIVES Cape Town, October 16. A medical missionary in "■ Northern Rhodesia describes dovilish work by the Germans', who a-ro enrolling natives and encouraging them to burn and kill. Already a forco of Gorman natives has crossed.the border and burned native villages, killing the defenceless and carrying off women. Thousands of natives are flocking to tho British flag, in order to seek revenge.
