CITY MILK VENDORS
The annual meeting of the ■ Wellington Milk Vendors' Association was held on Wednesday, and was largely attended. The secretary reported that the sum of £40 Ss. had been collected from members and handed to the Mayor's Relief Fund. The Town-.dork forwarded a list of registered dairies, and it was decided that the executive committee make immediate inquiries into the matterof shops vending milk and not beiDg licensed, and that the attention of the Health Department and tho Wellinfrton City Council be drawn to specific instances requiring attention. The special committee set up to watch the Wellington City Milk Supply Amendment Bill reported that it would give evidence before the Local Bills Committee to-morrow. Election of officers for the ensuing year resulted as follows:—President, Mr. H. Moffatt; secretary and treasurer, Mr. 0. J, Duffey; auditor, Mr. A. J. Pebheriok; executive committee, Messrs. H. Chisholm, F, Kettlewell, E. Osborne, 6. Roid, 11. Smith, F. Staveley, and K. H. Williams.
