Wilson (chairman), M. J. Crombie, F. A. Midlane, J. Fanning, M. C. Mason, .W.iS. Brice, H. Burton, A. E. Wilson;, bori. secretary, Mr. E. M. Beechey; hon. treasurer, Mr. F. M. Stevens. ■ ■'..', Among new rules adopted was the following, governing the system of allocating championship points:—"Two Saturdays shall be allowed for senior and junior championship matches, and one Saturday for third-class matches. For a win outright, three points shall bo scored, a win on the first innings two points, a tie on the two innings 1} points, &i tie on the .first .innings one point each. For a loss outright three points shall be deducted, and for a loss on the first innings two points." This system is in accord with the English and tie New South AVales systems.
