EMPLOYERS' ASSOCIATION
The annual meeting of tho Wellington Employers' Association was held last evening, Mr. W. H. Bennett presiding over a fair attendance of members. The annual report; which dealt with various phases of industrial alfairs, and with the general welfare and progress of the association, was adopted. The balancesheet ehowed tho financial position of tho association to bo satisfactory. Several questions affecting employers' interests wore fully discussed, and Mr. W. Pryor, secretary of the Employers' Federation, addressed the meeting. A hearty vote of thanks was accorded the retiring officers. Tho election.of officers resulted as follows:—President, Mr. J. Go'dbcr; vicepresidents, Messrs. W. J. Thompson and T. Munt; committee, Messrs. William Allan, T. Ballinger, C. M. Banks, E. Bull, William Cable, W. Campboll, G Campbell, C. Cathie, H. Coulls, F. Young, and W. H. Bennett.
