CHEESE OUTPUT SOLD (By Telegraph.—Press Association.) Duneclin, September 17. Mr. J. K. Scott, secretary of the South. Island Dairy Association, reports that several cheese factories- have sold' their outputs from October to AprilMay inclusive, at 6 3-Bd. f.0.b., and a fraction moro is said to have been paid in one or two instances. Factories having cheese- to ship by the Ruahiiie must book space by September 20. No booking for this steamer can bo mado after that date. CHEESE FACTORY DESTROYED BY FIRE (By Telesrratih.—Press Association^ Wanganui, September 17. The cheese factory at Brunswick, owned by the Westmero Proprietary Dairy Company, was destroyed by fire last Wednesday night. The Ballance Dairy Company distributed £2800 this week amongst its suppliers (states our Pahiatua correspondent). This represented payment for the August milk supply at the rate, of Is. per lb., of butter-fat, and also the bonus of Jd. per lb. of butter-fat for the past season. - Ever considered the advisability of installing a water-wheel on your property?
