Pan* ticulars are meagre, but it is under* stood that the names are Waugh, Rogers, and C. Herring, all young men under thirty. From what can be gathered it' appears that a party of seven men, employees at Mananui Sawmill, went across the lake, and, either going or returning, met' with disaster* The bodies have not yet been recovered,The police are searching.
