Williaihs as long as sfo lives absolute control over the. appointment, of the niissiohijr or person who 'is' id 'superintend; the work of tho institute. Mrs.' Williams . has ■ appointed , Mr. , Mbore to be tho person who slia.ll superintend the work of the institute, and ho liolds the appointment' so long as ho has the approval/of Mrs. Wiliiams and ibs.trusteea. - If .he dios or gives up the position, or fails t-o retain tlie approval of Mrs. Williams, then Mrs: Williams has tne_ right to lippoiiit his successor and this-right continues' so long as MrS. .Williams lives. 1 Afier her death Mr. Moore retains his position now held by him for his life, unless in the meantime he relihquishe's it for any of tho reasons stated above. After .Mr ■Moore's death the Missions to Seamen" Society.is ; giveu the right to manage and control- tho/institute, subject to the oondition that a missioner is appointed who iho'ds the Christian, Protestant evangelical faith, and who conducts the services in tho institute on Christian Protestant evangelical lines or methods, and if these conditions ate not fulfilled, the 'trustees of tlie institute can demand the removal of the ' missioner arid the appointment of a new missioner who conforms to-the requirements mentioned. , Mrs. Williams is] also givon, power to appoint her successor oil tho board' of trustees, and to 'have, the. power' to fill by' nominatioh auv vacancy in tho number of trustees of tlie, institute.
