Tho Public' Serviced Amendment Billi introduced, into,the House .this.session, has-been ioirciilated. Tho Bill proposes to extend the right of officers to;appeal on any, of/the grounds now whetlier the officer has mada a written application for a vacant position or not. It is proposed. also that. before filling nny ; position in the Public Service, the Commissioner: must advertise it as vacant. /. '■:'/./././' , ' '•' ' . .- : '.- ■:■'■-: ■'-

'. The Commissioners, the Bill suggests; shall have -lib: power to terminate tho: services/of, an/officer without assigning a roason; and/any;officer whoso services are terminated may: appeal to the Board of Appeal. , : ';/' •,-,-: . •■■■■•/•'•.■ .■:■ : -
