TERRITORIAL CONFERENCE

OPENED BY THE GOVERNOR

The conference of senior Territorial officers, with officers of the Headquarters Staff was opened by His Excelloncy the Governor (Lord Liverpool) at ; tho, Garrison Officers' Club Yesterday. ,The - Minister of Defence, (the Hon.
