FURTHER EXPLOITS. (Bj Tflleffrapli — Special Correspondent.) Palmerston, Juno I'. Joseph Falke, alias Watson, was before the Court again to-day, this time to answer a charge of robbing tho residence of Mr. H". AValc|egravo lin January last. A detcctivd stated in eridenco that, when being conveyed to Napier on other charges, accused had said that a sovereign case which had been found in his possession was Mr. Waldegrave's, and lie also added: "1 was all over his house." H. Waldograve stated in evidence that liis room had been entered by a window, and ho; 'had:.missed', a gold watch, chain, and sovereign case. Later he found tho watchchoin in another room. Accused pleaded guilty, and was committed for sentence to Wellington.
