Sir Edgar Vincent, chairman of the Commission, speaking for himself, said he considered that the- most rcmurkablo feature sinco the war had been agricultural development. He went so far, as Wsay that, relatively, more brains were being put into . agriculture in South Africa than in any other part of the Empire. . (Preiss Association.) THE RANDS GOLD. (Rec.
