A SOCIALIST RESOLUTION. (R«c. April 14, 10.15 p.m.) London, April 14. The British Socialist Conference has passed a resolution condemning the hypocrisy of the Liberal "place-holders" and ."place-hunters" in attempting to exploit the Ulster crisis by raising the bogus cry of "The Army versus the People," and drew attention to tlie action of the Government in imprisoning strikers, and employing soldiers to shoot down the workers, while it allowed Sir Edward Carson to organise an armed revolt. ■ ■ .
