IN THE WANGANUI COURT. (By Telegraph,—Special i U Wanganiii, April 4. The staff of the local Magistrate's Court is •at present very much overworked, the business of the Court, both criminal and civil, having 'increased enormously, awl being still on the increase. 11l spite of assistance from Justices of the Peace, Mr. Kerr, S.M., finds it almost impassible to keep pace with tlio work of his district, which bxtends from Waver ley to Jlftftoii. So stated a day or two ago that ho would bo glad when Easter comes, so as to get two or three days' rest. Roprosontations 011 tho subject ar© being mado to tho Minister of Justice.
