AMERICAN TRADE COMMISSIONERS.
■ 'ARRIVAL IN AUCKLAND. ■ (By Telejraph.—Press Association.) Auckland, March 15, , Messrs. J. Kirby, D. M. Parry, and Dr. A.' A. Snowden, American Trado Commissioners, arrived from Sydney today by the Riyerina. The Commission is spending three or four months investigating commercial and industrial conditions in Australasia, with a view to promoting jeloser business relations between Australasia and 'the United States, -and is ; also examining Australasian- legislation, with the idea of advocating the, adoption of, such \ laws as would seem advantageous to American industry.. The < Commission has been . sent out by the National Association of Manufacturers, which is, a very' powerful organisation, and the members of which employ over five million workers.
