LABOUR'S FOE.
ANOTHER U.L.P. MANIFESTO. • The Wellington branch of tho, United Labour party has prepared a further manifesto, in which it is stated: "In our judgment, anarchy is tho direct enemy of Labour, and we have not hesitated to advise tho workers that a,clear lino.'of demarcation must bo drawn between Labourisin and Revolutionism." The manifesto is signed by Messrs. D. M'Laren and J. M'Kenzio, president and secretary respectively of tho United Labour party, and it advocates stronglv the value of political aotion on constitutional lines, instead of what has been called "direct action," and points out : that tho leading Labour men of Australia—tho Hon, W. M. Hughes, tho lion. A. W. Hchrtan, 'and others—all condemn tho creed of red revolution. The niaui'festo concludes_ by stating tho'party is out for political action, for (true democracy against class monopoly and special'privilege.
