RUBBISH COLLECTING.

Sir,—l should be obliged if you would kindly publish this letter in your paper with regard to the Borough Council. 1 think that- the Petone Borough Council, which sends the rubbish-carts round to collect rubbish from the-ratepayers' houses, should send two wen round with each cart. I don't think ones man could manage by himself without help, unless he volunteers for it to gain a few shillings extra. It would be more, to the council's credit to- put another extra man on the rubbish-carts.—l am, etc., B. BOWLER.
