SPEEDING UP THE BUILDLVG. Thoro is a proepect of a portion of the new Parliamentary Buildings, including ttio House- of Representatives, being completed in readiness for the Mbsioit of 1915, instead of in the follow, ing jean as wis eontemplatcd when a contract was let in December last.
