HARRY FRAGSON'S DEATH.
« A PREMEDITATED CRIME. Br Teleeraph—PreEa Asspcla'ion-Copyrißht Paris, January 1. Tito father of Mr. Fragson was evidently unhinged in mind over Paulette's diverting of his son's affection. Fragson had bitterly reproached his father for keeping him waiting at the door. The father declares that when his son jostled him, ho momentarily saw red, and fired. Aiiother version is that, owing to Mr. Fragson's approaching tour of England, ho had arranged for his father to oe cared for in a nursing home during his absence. The father declared that ho would prefer suicide to the home. "Times"—Sydney "Situ" Special Cables. Paris, January 1. The police theory of the death of Mr. Harry Fragson, the well-known comedian, who was shot by his father (an octogonarian) in his flat in the Ruo Lafayette, Paris, is that Mr. Fragson's father meditated the crime. He bought warm socks in the morning, in order to keep his feet warm in prison. It is alleged that the father was ungrateful, though supplied with the best of everything, and that he was insufferably jealous of Mr. Fragson's feitaale friends.
