NEW SOUTH WALES ELECTIONS. LAST FIVE SECOND BALLOTS. Sydney, Dccomber 20. The Liberals anticipate securing four out of fivo of the second ballots to-day, but surprises liko those of last Saturday are not impossible. (Rec. December 22, 5.5 p.m.) Sydney, December 21. On tlie latest returns, which aro incomplete, tho Liberals liavo apparently won three, and Labour wo, of yesterday's fivo second ballot elections. STATU OF THE PARTIES. (Rec.
