The Bill goi'S to a conference of both Houses for (inal agreement. A NOVEL BILL. AGAINST PANIC PROMOTERS. Washington, December 19. A novel Bill has been introduced in tho House of Representatives by Mr. Church, a Democrat from California. He explained that the measuro provided punishment for (anyone circulating false statements regarding tho financial conditions or business interests throughout tho United States, likely to creato a financial panic or monetary stringency.
