December 18, 10.5 p.m.) New York, December 18. ■ Mr. Orvillo Wright, speaking at a reception given by tho American Aero Club in his honour,-announced that Jie had recently invented an aeroplane stabiliser, which ho guaranteed would mako aeroplanes as nearly "fool-proof" as anything could possibly be. The. contrivance would bo more accurate and reliable than that so far - designed by any other aviator.
