Tho Postmaster-General (Mr. Herbert Samuel), speaking.at a meeting of the Empire League in the Mansion House, said that consultations between tho Imperial and tho Doriiinions' Governments for a uniform naturalisation of all citizens of tho Empire had been com. pletcd.
Tho Government hopes to introduce a Bill during tho coming session embodying 'tlic league's principles as far as circumstances will allow.
